- For online payments and UPI, customers will receive an order confirmation once the payment is successfully processed.
- In case of failed transactions, the order will not be processed, and customers may retry or use an alternate payment method.
3. Payment Security

- Smart Egg Roll does not store any sensitive payment information, such as card details or UPI PINs.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Customers opting for COD are requested to prepare the exact amount for a smoother delivery experience.
- In case COD payment is not available for specific orders or areas, customers will be informed at the time of order placement.
5. Refund Policy
- We maintain a no refund policy.

6. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will typically be reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. For further assistance, contact your bank or payment provider.
